Admission Requirements: Open to motivated individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent. Post secondary education like associate degrees and bachelor’s degrees are also encouraged to apply. Level of education will impact starting pay. Prior healthcare or science experience is a plus but not required.

  • Yes, there are many job opportunities in healthcare sales. The healthcare industry is constantly evolving and expanding, leading to a continuous demand for sales professionals who can effectively communicate product benefits, build relationships with healthcare providers, and stay updated with the latest advancements. The variety of products and services, from medical devices and pharmaceuticals to healthcare IT solutions and services, opens numerous avenues for sales careers. Furthermore, as the healthcare industry must comply with stringent regulations and adapt to market changes, there is a strong need for skilled salespeople with regulatory knowledge, adaptability, and the ability to analyze market trends and client needs.

  • Often there is travel associated with sales jobs.  The amount and frequency is related to the size of your territory or locations of assigned customers’ accounts.  In addition, there is some travel to go to conventions and sales meetings.

  • For many sales roles you do work from your home, but you need to be calling on customers regularly.  So, time actually in your home office may be limited.

  • Sales reps have a career ladder where they can stay in sales and receive promotions as a sales rep.  You can also move into sales management, specialty sales roles, sales training and key account management.  

  • Our course is about 15 hours in length with a total of 5 three-hour long instructor led sessions spread over 3 weeks.   


  • Unlike many programs that teach you principles and concepts, this training teaches you how to do the job.  You are job ready, Day 1.
